Copying this from the Gladden forum pages. This REALLY improved my game, particularly for finding groups for book runs. I recommend that everyone get set up with this.

This is for the benefit of the newer members of Gladden or those who may not know about them, in the hopes that more people will use them, making it easier to find groups and help server-wide interaction.

Public Global Channels
GLFF - Global Looking-For-Fellowship
GTrade - Global Trade

Joining User Channels
To join a user chat channel, simply type
/joinchannel <ChannelName>
eg. /joinchannel GLFF

You may be in a maximum of 4 user channels, numbered 1 to 4. To speak in a user channel, type
/<Number> <Message>
eg. /1 LFF for CD run!

To list the channels that you're currently in and find out what what numbers they're assigned to, type
/listchannels
or, check the chat window when you first log in.

If there are any other public global channels that I don't know about, speak up about 'em!
